My name is Anastasia Arellano


I was born and raised in Durango. My family on both sides are natives to the area. I have over 20 years of experience in outside sales and customer service. I have been an active member in the community of Durango for the last 16 years as one of the top producing agents at a local marketing and advertising agency and I'm so excited to be turning that focus toward real estate.


I am married and have 3 children ages 14-26. Our family loves hiking, camping and fishing in the mountains in and around the Durango and Silverton area. Being outdoors is our favorite family pastime and what a beautiful place we live in to take advantage of the outdoor recreations.


My intimate knowledge of this region, and my experiences of having lived here all of my life, give me enthusiasm and a desire to make my home, your home.
